Customer academy / artifact-based training

Train the operator. Preserve the evidence.

Nine tracks take product, engineering, finance, approval, security, and implementation teams from control-plane orientation through a customer-specific production decision.

Direct answer

Foundation certification requires the control model, account/role boundary, and first controlled financial effect in sandbox. Production-owner certification requires all tracks plus linked role tests, workflow and restore proof, an explicit open-gate list, and a signed go-live decision.

01

Foundation

Learn the source-policy-authority-posting-reconciliation chain, enroll role-appropriate MFA, create scoped credentials, and post one balanced journal with a separate approver and idempotent replay.

02

Implementation

Define canonical source events and versioned policy, exercise exact-content approvals, detect an injected reconciliation error, recover a webhook dead letter, and prove billing usage is counted once.

03

Operations

Open a bounded support case, observe an approved expiring staff grant, review privacy/security duties, complete production-role and managed-restore evidence, and name every operating owner.

04

Training record

Each track ends in inspectable evidence. Academy completion records training activity; it is not an audit, accounting, tax, DCAA, SOC 2, legal, or government certification.
