Terms of service
Baseline terms governing access to Invarent public pages, sandbox, APIs, hosted portals, and commercial services.
These terms govern use of Invarent unless a signed order, master agreement, data-processing addendum, or service schedule states otherwise. By creating an account or using the service, the customer confirms it has authority to bind the named organization and will use the service lawfully.
Service and accounts
Invarent provides accounting infrastructure, APIs, portals, controls, and related support. Customers are responsible for authorized users, credential protection, lawful instructions, source-data rights, configuration choices, and reviewing outputs appropriate to their obligations.
Professional and regulatory boundary
The service does not itself provide legal, tax, audit, investment, or government approval. Software evidence does not replace a qualified accountant, auditor, tax professional, contracting authority, or other responsible reviewer.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, probe other tenants, upload unlawful or malicious material, interfere with availability, misrepresent generated evidence, resell access outside an order, or use the system to evade professional or legal duties.
Fees and suspension
Fees, usage allowances, taxes, renewal, support, and service commitments are defined in the applicable order. Nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, or material breach may result in proportionate restriction or suspension, with notice when reasonably possible.
Ownership, confidentiality, and feedback
Customers retain rights in their data. Cognautic retains Invarent software, documentation, methods, and marks. Each party protects confidential information. Feedback may be used without identifying the customer or disclosing its confidential information.
Warranty and liability boundary
Specific warranties, indemnities, liability limits, governing law, dispute terms, termination assistance, and data return or deletion are controlled by the signed commercial agreement. Nothing on this public page invents terms that conflict with that agreement or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
